Beautiful Home
Three couples enjoyed this beautiful home for a long weekend. Location was fantastic! So close to Main St and everything you might need. Show stopping hydrangeas were in full bloom. Had a minor issue that was addressed and corrected very quickly. Super place to visit! I highly recommend!

Fabulous porch
This is our second time to rent Bear Hug. We come to Highlands for many reasons but weather is primary. Therefore the comfort of the porch is a deciding factor. The Bear Hug porch has a large screened porch with real wood fireplace, cathedral ceiling and a stone fireplace that is probably 20 ft tall. The furniture is comfortable with seating for 6 and porch dining table for 6 also. The home is nestled in a very quiet area although there are many beautiful homes but you can barely see them. We stayed there a month. Any requests or questions are handled so quickly and so professionally. We have used them every trip for over 10 years. Thank you!

Beautiful home, nice screened in porch area with comfortable seating and plenty of room. Nicely furnished with well stocked kitchen. Close to downtown Highlands. Close to road noise but that ended by early evening.
